What you’ll be doing
- Community management of Facebook pages and forums
- Develop community campaigns existing and new users
- Linking the community (the players) and the development team
- Ensure high quality support
Your profile
- A very big passion for (online) Games
- Experience in a customer service role or within community support
- Service-oriented attitude and a strong customer service focus.
- Very good with written communication
- We are a small and vibrant team, so you should be a team player as well
- Flexible and self-motivated
- English and/or German language skills
