  • Community management of Facebook pages and forums
  • Develop community campaigns existing and new users
  • Linking the community (the players) and the development team
  • Ensure high quality support

Your profile

  • A very big passion for (online) Games
  • Experience in a customer service role or within community support
  • Service-oriented attitude and a strong customer service focus.
  • Very good with written communication
  • We are a small and vibrant team, so you should be a team player as well
  • Flexible and self-motivated
  • English and/or German language skills
