• When I start a game, I get a white page. How do I get it to start?
  
  Please try to reload the page. If it continues to show a white page, there are two things you can do, in order to fix that problem. The first one is checking, if updates for your flash player are available. The second would be, deleting the Cache of your browser.

 

• I invited a lot of people to Mahjong Trails, why are they not showing up as companions?
  
  Maybe your friends are playing Mahjong Trails, without being your Companion. Please make sure that you sent them a Companion request. When they accept your Companion request, you can start traveling with them through the Mahjong Trails world.

 

• Why have companions moved forward, although they have fewer points than I have?
  
  To solve a layout, you have to match a certain percentage of the tiles. The score is not only influenced by the solved tiles, but also by various other factors. For example, you could get a higher score, by using a different tile set. So eventually this could to you having the higher score, but your friends solved a higher percentage in the layout.

• I am stuck in a certain layout and I cannot move on.
  
  Please check if you solved the percentage needed for the layout. If you are stuck at the last level of a continent, please make sure that you already redeemed your ticket at the Bazaar.

• My game screen is too big/small.
  
  Sounds like a scaling problem. Please try to press “Ctrl and 0”. That resets your settings and everything should be fine again.

 

• The Ads on the right hand side are blocking my game screen.
  
  This is because of the Facebook feature called “Ticker”. If you are moving the cursor to a message on the right, it get’s enlarged and provides you with further information. To close that, just move the cursor off the message screen.

 

• I really love what you guys do and I would like to join the team. Where can I see open positions and how to I apply?
