What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with the Art-Director and Game Designer on several social games for the Facebook platform
  • The creation of  art Assets, needed for social games
  • Your design will be what the users see every day

Your profile

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in game development
  • Very creative person with a passion for games
  • Self-motivation, excellent English communications skills, and a great team-player attitude
  • Experience working with a lead artist or art director in developing a unique and cohesive style for games
  • Superior eye for light, shade, color, and detail in illustration or concept drawing
  • An exceptional understanding of the human anatomy as well as architectural and environmental design.
  • An exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regards to illustration or concept drawing
  • Expert-level knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools
  • Strong understanding (and opinions) of effective design and advertising solutions
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at once from different sources of accountability and to meet both milestone and final deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Able to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proven problem-solving / prototyping ability
  • Proven ability to mentor effectively

Pluses

  • Practical experience in the design and creation of graphics on the web
  • High media and internet affinity
