The Team
Henning Kosmack
Chief Executive Officer
Henning manages the company's overall business operations and development, leveraging his years of experience in the partnering with and acquisition of young innovative companies. Before co-founding MegaZebra, Henning was at Siemens running Venturing, Partnering and M&A in Munich, where he also had an active role in the merger to form Nokia Siemens Networks, a major player in the communication market with revenues topping 20 billion dollars. Having grown up in Scandinavia and spent most of his adult life abroad, Henning exemplifies MegaZebra's multicultural background. He completed his studies in Copenhagen and London, prior to setting up his first Private Equity company in Switzerland and working as a Venture Capitalist. His culinary loyalties are with Italian prosciutto, espresso and limonata.
Henning believes that part of the true entrepreneurial spirit is giving back to the community. He established the charity organization DocAfrika International in 2008, the year of MegaZebra's inception. In gaming, Henning claims not to be a bad loser, but hates to lose.
Christian Meister
Chief Product Officer
Co-founder Christian leads MegaZebra's product strategy, new game development and user experience efforts. Keeping an eye on the competition and foreseeing new trends, Christian prefers MegaZebra to create its own. He brings a strong conceptual and design background to MegaZebra. Previously he ran his own Design Agency Meisterstudios and gathered extensive experience during his tenure as Art Director for IomasMedia, a b2b agency. He holds a degree in Industrial Design from the School of Design, Schwaebisch-Gmünd. At university, Chistian co-created his first start-up e-shirt.com. The idea was ground-breaking and earned him a mention on German TV, but the timing was off. The idea has survived and others are making a fortune with it.
As a keen traveler, Christian will talk to MegaZebra users anywhere on the planet to learn about customer needs. He firmly believes his gaming proficiency is rooted in his extensive piano practice as a kid. He keeps it up till this day for that reason.
Steffen Rusitschka
Chief Technology Officer
Steffen oversees all engineering for MegaZebra and drives our technological advancement. Prior to co-founding MegaZebra, Steffen co-founded the successful start-up fabidoo GmbH, pioneering a new business concept in the virtual product space. Fabidoo allows customers to design their own USB flash drives online which are then 3D printed. After a six months as an intern in Princeton, New Jersey, Steffen joined the Siemens Research Department in Munich, where he headed a peer-to-peer VoIP software development project similar to the widely popular Skype. Steffen is a computer science graduate of Philipps University in Marburg, Germany.
His foot always on the (company) accelerator, he works by the motto: "If everything seems under control, you're just not going fast enough." (Nabbed from Mario Andretti).
